Grab It NFL Flag Football started in 2005.

Time to get off the couch, off the cell phones, off the video games outside and active.
Join a team with your friends and classmates we have a division and team for everyone.
Pre-K to our new High School Divisions for ages 4-17
Our focus is on fun, teaching fundamentals and life lessons through sport.
